Cancellation Policy
Booking, Waitlist & Cancellation Policy Booking - All Unreal Engine training sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. - Full payment is required to secure your spot. Waitlist - If a session is fully booked, you may join our waitlist. - Open slots will be offered to waitlisted clients in the order they signed up. - If a spot opens up, you will receive an email notification and have 24 hours to confirm your enrollment. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Cancellations made 7+ days before the session: Full refund or option to reschedule. - Cancellations made 3-6 days before the session: 50% refund or free rescheduling. - Cancellations made within 48 hours: No refund, but you may reschedule for a $50 rescheduling fee. - No-shows: No refunds or rescheduling. If UMEWE Collective cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority placement in a future session.
